XEN4 Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
The services XEN4 provides to you, the undersigned (including but not limited to use of the office space, access to Internet, kitchen etc.), are subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU). XEN4 reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice. The latest version of the TOU can be reviewed by visiting this page.
2. Description of Services
XEN4 Coworking & Business Solutions provides access to office space, work stations, Internet access, office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.), conference and meeting room facilities, knowledge resources, and other services as available. A full description of each is set out on our services page. All services are subject to these Terms of Use, and any personal information you give us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of our services, you will not use them for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair XEN4's internet connections, networks or any server connected to any XEN4 network. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any XEN4 server or services through hacking, password mining, downloading of illegal files or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the services.
You warrant that you have all necessary legal rights and powers to enter into this agreement and that your participation will not breach any pre-existing obligations.
4. Use of Services
By using our services you agree not to:
- Send spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited mass communications
- Harass, defame, or threaten other users or members
- Post or distribute obscene, inappropriate, or offensive content
- Upload or distribute copyrighted material without permission
- Upload or distribute files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful software
- Violate any intellectual property rights of XEN4 or third parties
- Restrict or inhibit other users from using and enjoying the services
- Harvest or collect contact information of other users without consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Create false identities or misrepresent yourself
5. Access and Security Responsibilities
Users acknowledge and accept responsibility for the security of the spaces they access. They should ensure that spaces are properly secured when they are the last person present or after 5pm.
6. Confidentiality
Users acknowledge that during their participation, they may be exposed to confidential information. Confidential information is defined as any non-public, confidential, or proprietary information disclosed by XEN4, its members, or other participants. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
7. Invoicing and Payment
Invoices are issued in advance based on the membership package selected. Payments are due on the invoice date at the beginning of the relevant period. Walk-in charges are payable on the date of usage.
8. Renewals and Terminations
Once the payment for a period of time is done, no refunds are possible. Renewals automatically continue with the consent of both parties. XEN4 reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-compliance with these terms. Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice via email.
9. Participation In or Use of Services
Users participate voluntarily and acknowledge that XEN4 bears no liability regarding access, usage, information loss, theft, or property damage. Users are responsible for any damages they cause to property within the space and will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
10. Serviceability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Insurance
Members are not required but are strongly encouraged to obtain Renters Insurance that covers their equipment and the premises they use.
These terms and conditions are effective as of February 2026.
