Every booking includes uncapped WiFi, uninterrupted power, secure parking, premium tea and coffee and kitchen access, and our open-plan coworking area lets you sit wherever you are comfortable.

Book a half day when you need a change of scene, or a month when you want somewhere steady to work from. The building uses fingerprint controlled access, and if a client meeting comes up you can add our conference room from R300 per hour or the boardroom from R400 per hour, booked separately from your desk.

XEN4 is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. We are closed on weekends.

No. The coworking area is open plan with no assigned desks, so you can sit wherever you are most comfortable each time you come in.

Can I book a meeting room as well?
