Client-facing meetings

Contract signing: Neutral ground for signing and handovers when neither party’s offices are appropriate. A closed door, a professional reception, and parking that lets both sides arrive separately.

Interviews and assessments

Sessions with one person at a time, where a small room is an advantage rather than a limitation. Four seats is the right scale for a panel and a candidate.

Job interviews: A quiet, private room away from your own offices, so candidates can be seen without the rest of your team knowing who is coming in. Book by the hour and run several in a morning.

The conference room seats 4 comfortably and starts at R300 per hour. The boardroom and training room seats 10 to 12, starts at R400 per hour and adds a 65 inch smart TV with wireless casting, so choose that one if you are presenting from a screen.
